Refunds are available for eligible services purchased directly from ZERNAVON through zernavon.pro. To qualify, the request must relate to services that have not been fully delivered or materially completed. Subscription-based services may be eligible for partial refunds depending on usage and delivery stage.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible unless required by applicable consumer protection laws. For recurring services, refund eligibility applies only to the most recent billing cycle.
